Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Aquamarine is the color of authenticity and truth, as it opens up the conduit of our expression, the throat. When we speak, sing, chant, or are silent, we are communicating our heartβs passions. Our throat is the seat of alchemy β here is where we begin the process of breakdown and transformation through biting, chewing, and digesting, and surrender to letting the food become part of our being. Ask yourself: Are you eating with mindfulness? Are you true to your eating path? How do the elements of fire, earth, air, and water come together within your vessel? How do fruits, soups, and sauces allow your throat to moisten and express?
Artist Bio Manami Yagashiro Lingerfelt was born in Japan and grew up in Tokyo, graduating from Tokyo Musashino Art College in 1985. Also she graduated School of Art and Design at Kennesaw States University, GA, U.S. 2015. She began her art career in Tokyo, Japan as a graphic designer and illustrator with major magazines and newspapers. However, she became increasingly displeased with her career and her life and decided to explore the world, dwelling briefly in places such as India, Nepal, Sweden and other parts of Asia and Europe from 1987-1997. She now calls Dallas, Georgia home and has produced many paintings inspired by the mystical aspects of the places she visited, the human condition itself, and of the natural world. She has been...
